When you set up a Storify VIP plan, you get a priority-status guarantee on our level of service.
- VIP customers are guaranteed 99.5% monthly API uptime as measured by our third-party monitoring service, Pingdom, at http://health.storify.com in the "api.storify.com" section.
- To report an outage or any other problems, send a note specifying the period of the outage and pointing to the relevant Pingdom report.
For the standard, free Storify service, we take all reasonable efforts to ensure that Storify is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there may be occasions when we need to interrupt the service for maintenance or emergency repairs. We will do everything we can to minimize such disruptions, and communicate them clearly.
